Our masterplan for the residential housing development sits on the edge of the existing village in Warwickshire. The design introduces sixteen detached self-build homes, set amongst publicly accessible open space, wildlife corridors and a sustainable drainage system.
The development forms an extension and infill to the existing settlement; providing plots for self-builders within a landscape-led masterplan.
